ABOUT ME
Fabian Conrads
Hey, I’m Fabi — a 31-year-old personal trainer with over 16 years of experience exploring the art of movement.
As a teenager, I was a competitive athlete in track and field, handball, and later climbing. A serious motorcycle accident changed my perspective on training and the body — it pushed me to adapt, learn, and rebuild. Even a herniated disc became a valuable teacher, helping me develop a deeper understanding of functional movement and sustainable strength.
After appearing on Ninja Warrior Germany (RTL), my curiosity led me to study and practice a wide range of disciplines — from Capoeira and gymnastics to yoga, Pilates, and more. Each one has shaped the way I move, think, and teach today.
In my personal training sessions, online coaching, and international workshops, I bring together the best of these worlds. Whether you want to learn a handstand, build strength and mobility, or simply feel at home in your body again — I’ll help you understand movement on a deeper level and create lasting change in your life.
